Returns / Exchanges

Wetsuits: Wetsuits come with full warrantee and come with 15-day no questions asked guarantee.

All other products: If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 30 days of the purchase date, return it for repair, a replacement, or a refund.

We try to make it simple and easy! Please follow these steps:

1. Gather your product and its original tags, box or packaging.

2. Complete the form on the back of your packing slip (this is the slip that came with your product) and be sure to indicate if it is an exchange or return.

3. Package the product in its original box and the return slip together.

4. Send your return/exchange to the address at the bottom of this page. If you don't have your packing slip, simply include a detailed note as to what you'd like to have us do (a return, warranty replacement or exchange) along with your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, and the original Buyathlon.com order number. Not including this note will result in a significant delay in processing.

Buyathlon.com does not cover the return shipping, and as such you can ship it back to us via any method you choose. We strongly recommend using an insured method with tracking in case your shipment is lost in transit. Buyathlon.com is not responsible for a return or exchange that is lost by the carrier.

Exchanges / Warranty: If a product doesn't fit correctly or if there is a warranty issue, you can send it back to us for an exchange. Please be aware that replacement sizes are not guaranteed to be in stock, and exchanges may result in a delay in processing. International customers are responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges.
